The staff members were all nice and welcoming, and the room was nice with 2 queen beds.

The reception staff doesn't seem very helpful and the bathroom is a little small.

The dining room staff was most helpful. The bed was exremely comfortable.

When I asked about our reward points, the front desk person was not able to tell me anything about them other than what we had; she could not tell me whether or not we could stay for another night using points; I was required to telephone another number.

The hotel is located next door to California and the restaurant, making it very convenient. The venue’s location is central, close to everything in the city. The room had particularly nice views of the lake. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Easy to find location, and beds were comfortable.

Had to return/exchange hand towel and wash cloth as they were not clean. Awful noise until after midnight underneath our room. None of the staff could identify it for us or offer any suggestions other than have us change rooms - I was already in bed!! Closet door was practically inoperable, and hook on bathroom door was falling off.

Really enjoyed the open air feel in the plaza and facilities were great.

Slow elevators and our room overlooked the hot tub so a little noisy.

Not very informative front desk. Found some garbage in the room and the bathroom was not perfectly clean either. Internet connection did non always work. No breakfast included. Hotel offers nothing more than a motel

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the plaza, Downtown Clearlake, and Clear Lake. the staff were friendly and helpful around the clock, making for an enjoyable stay.

Nice overall experience. Attractive family-friendly hotel, nice views of the lake. Lots of cheap options for meal. Great location, the staff were nice! Besides, excellent for visiting a lakefront park.

The room was immaculate with climate control, pay television and a microwave oven.

Nice and fine venue, favourable location just off attached restaurant and the two buses. Very very nice staff always on hand.

The room here was super new and big, had a microwave and a fridge which was cool. 🍿 Also, having a bathtub was a nice touch for me.

The location was marvelous next to the plaza, Middletown, and the two buses. Really enjoyed my rooms with 2 queen beds. Extras like central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave were appreciated. My stay at Best Western El Grande Inn in Clearlake was fantastic! I enjoyed everything about it, from the wonderful location near the plaza and Middletown to the convenience of having two buses nearby. The rooms with 2 queen beds were comfy, and I especially liked the added bonuses like central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave.
